Triangle Aerial Media retains copyright ownership of all photos, videos, clips, and media created for this project.

No copyright ownership is transferred to the client unless a separate written copyright transfer is signed by Triangle Aerial Media.

After full payment is received, Triangle Aerial Media grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files for the project listed above.

The client may use the delivered files for real estate listings, MLS use where allowed, property websites, business websites, social media, online advertisements, email marketing, presentations, project updates, and general online marketing for the property, business, or project.

The client may share delivered files with people directly involved in the same project, including real estate agents, brokers, property owners, builders, contractors, designers, marketing staff, and business staff.

Those people may use the files only for the same project and only within the rights granted by this license.

The client may not sell the files as standalone media, resell the files to another business or person, claim copyright ownership, submit the files as their own photography work, use the files for a different property, business, or project without permission, transfer the files to unrelated third parties for separate use, use the files in a misleading, illegal, harmful, or defamatory way, or use the files for survey, inspection, measurement, or legal boundary purposes.

Credit is appreciated when practical, especially on social media, but is not required for normal listing, website, or marketing use.

Triangle Aerial Media may use the delivered work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, sample galleries, and business promotion unless the client requested privacy before the shoot.

Raw files, unedited files, rejected images, original drone files, project files, and editing timelines are not included in this license unless agreed to separately in writing.

Delivered files are for visual marketing and general property context only.

They are not a survey, inspection, appraisal, roof inspection, engineering report, legal boundary document, or official measurement.

This license begins after full payment is received.

If payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or not completed, the license may be paused or canceled.
